THE CITY OUTREACH FOUNDATION serves the homeless and needy in Northwest Indiana and the Chicagoland area. All services are provided free because expenses are paid by donations from caring friends, religious groups, businesses, and foundations. |

| For just $1.76, you can provide Thanksgiving dinner — with turkey, mashed potatoes and gravy, pie, and all the trimmings. Any extra we receive provides food, clothing, shelter, education, and spiritual care throughout the year. |
