The City Outreach Thrift Stores are owned and operated by The City Outreach Foundation. We offer a wide variety of pre-owned items at deeply discounted prices. Proceeds from the stores help fund several outreach and educational programs that benefit abused, addicted, and at-risk inner-city children, teenagers, and adults in the greater Chicagoland area.
